Moore, Helen Bessie

Peacefully, on Sunday October 12, 2025, at Twin Lakes Terrace Nursing Home in Sarnia, at the age of 93. Helen was the beloved wife of the late George Moore (1968). Loving mother of Crystal Riley (Michael), and Wes Moore (Donna). Cherished Grandma of Michael (Christine), Travis (Jennifer), Lisa Reddish (Ty), Krisy Britton (Cam), Shannon Turner (Nigel), Zack (Sarah), Corey and Jamie. And Great Grandma of Alexus, Jayla, Aniyah, Jackson, Francessca, Emily, Isabella, Jake, Alyssa, Norah, Kinsley, Madison, Kai, Macy, Keagan, Grayson, Piper, and Ellie. Helen will be sadly missed by Barb Mathews (Roy), and her daughter in law Wendy Moore. Predeceased by her son’s Doug Moore, Daniel Moore (Linda), infant grandson George, and all her brothers and sisters. Family and friends will be received at Lakeview Cemetery, 1016 Colborne Road, Sarnia, on Friday October 17th for a Graveside Service at 11 am. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Sarnia Legion, Branch 62, 286 Front Street N, Sarnia, from 12 – 3 pm. Remembrances and condolences may be expressed to the family online in “Helen’s Guestbook” at mccormackfuneralhomesarnia.com. If desired, a remembrances to the Sarnia Humane Society would appreciated.
